(17:45) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police have arrested a suspect for gang shooting earlier this week. Authorities have apprehended and charged 19 year old Christian Cruz for Tuesday’s shooting on the 800 block of Ocean Street. The 20 year old victim was transported to a trauma center. Cruz is facing attempted murder with gang enhancements.
