(08:25) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested in downtown Santa Cruz on Wednesday after he was seen carrying knives. 27-year-old Milton Miller ignored a park ranger’s request to put the knives away. Officers located Miller in a downtown parking lot and a taser was deployed. Miller was arrested for outstanding warrants, carrying a concealed dagger, resisting arrest, and assault with a deadly weapon on an officer.
