(10:05) CAPITOLA – One man has been arrested and three others are being sought following an assault in Capitola. The incident took place last Thursday on the 1600 block of 41st Avenue. Two individuals were sitting inside a vehicle around 9 p.m. when they were reportedly attacked by four Hispanic teenagers. The victims were able to escape their assailants and one was airlifted to a Bay Area trauma center for treatment. One of the assailants was identified as 18-year-old Roberto Blanco-Chavez, who was found and apprehended early Saturday morning. Police are now looking for 19-year-old Salvador Hernandez, 19-year-old Marcangelo Sullano, and a third Hispanic male adult around 18 years of age.
