(08:29) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Seaside man has been found guilty of domestic violence. 59-year-old Duane Gida was arrested in May after attacking his wife. The victim sustained moderate head injuries. On Wednesday, Gida was convicted and sentenced to 40 days in jail and three years probation. He was also ordered to complete a year of domestic violence counseling. (S.G.)
