(10:13) MONTEREY – The City of Monterey has hired a new Human Resources Director. Effective September 21st, Gina Donnelly will fill the position. Donnelly previously served as Human Resources Director for the City of Menlo Park for three years. As HR Director, Donnelly will be responsible for recruitment, training, benefits administration and employee negotiations. (S.G.)
