(09:05) Salinas – A man was arrested after he was caught with a loaded gun on Monday. Witnesses reported a group of suspicious people on Massachusetts Drive in Salinas. Officers contacted 5 subjects outside a vehicle. 25 year-old Fernie Ruiz was contacted and searched, a loaded .32 firearm was located concealed in his waistband. Ruiz was booked at the Monterey County Jail.
