(10:35) Monterey County – A man was arrested for carrying a loaded gun in public recently. Alexis Cruz was seen walking down a street in Castroville with a loaded handgun. A Monterey County Deputy approached Cruz as he was standing near a family gathering. Cruz was taken into custody without incident.
