Sentencing has been delayed for a salinas man who was found guilty last month of murder. carlos espinoza was convicted of shooting and killing jose manuel perez in 2009. espinoza’s attorney requested more time to obtain information on the jurors in the case…and That request was granted by monterey county superior court judge Julie culver. A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for june 14th.
