The City of Santa Cruz in conjunction with Senior Network Services and Habitat for Humanity has implemented a new program for senior home owners. The program, My House My Home, allows seniors identified as being at risk of losing their homes to build secondary dwellings on the property. The additional unit can then be rented out to supplement the senior homeowners income, or used for healthcare workers and cretakers. For more information visit: seniornetworkservices.org
