A second suspect has been arrested and a third is being sought in connection with the murder of a Gilroy man. 56-year-old Robert Joseph Heiser was found beaten to death at his home on Bay Tree Drive last month. The first suspect, 19-year-old Gabriela Bernice Ortiz was arrested over a week ago. A second suspect, 22-year-old Rodrigo Bejarano, who was already in Santa Clara County Jail for unrelated charges, has also been arrested in connection with Heiser’s murder. Both Ortiz and Bejarano appeared in court yesterday for arraignment. Police are currently seeking a third suspect, 17-year-old Isabella Chaidez.
