The public’s assistance is being sought in identifying the person or people who stole a puppy from his kennel in Seaside. “Spooky”, the 8-week-old male Chihuahua mix was reportedly taken sometimes Sunday evening Or Monday morning. Anyone with information on “Spooky’s” whereabouts or the identity of the person or people is encouraged to contact the Seaside Police Department.
