A man was shot in seaside thursday afternoon. Seaside police officers arrested an unnamed man following the 3 p.m. incident, which took place near a diner at Fremont boulevard and echo avenue. the victim was air lifted to a bay area trauma center to be treated for a gunshot wound to the hand and stomach.
