A Seaside man was arrested on charges of Child molestation. On Saturday morning, Salinas police arrested Andres Rubio on multiple felony charges in connection with years of abuse of a child under 10 years old. The victim is believed to be a family member. Rubio was booked into Monterey County Jail.
