A Monterey County city will be offering COVID19 testing this week. The test sites will be staffed by Natividad Hospital medical personnel. The testing will be free for 100 people at the Seaside Library on Wednesday from 10 a-m until 3 p-m. A drive through site will located at 190 Seaside Circle.
