(18:28) APTOS- The Santa Cruz County Parks Department is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday. Supervisor Zach Friend will also be on hand for the 11 a.m. to noon event to highlight the renovations made at the 6 acre Seascape County Park. Some of the renovations include new turf, picnic tables and playground equipment.
