After a 4-month restoration, a well-known trail at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve has been re-opened. The Sea Lion Point Trail suffered severe erosion during the winter storms…..and members of the California Conservation Corp have been fixing the trails, so that they now have a firmer, flatter surface, and better drainage……which means better access for people with limited mobility….and all in-time for the Memorial Day Weekend. The 3-quarter-mile trail is now a-d-a compliant.
