An established Scotts Valley shopping center has been sold. The Scotts Village center houses several high profile businesses including CVS and Safeway. The Palo Alto based development firm, McNellis Partners paid 15.35 million dollars for the center, which was originally developed in 1984. At this time the fate of the shopping center has not been made public.
