Scotts Valley Water Off Mon. 03-17-20 08:42 S.S.

The  water  was  off  for  a  while  in  Scotts  Valley  last  night.   That  after  a  vehicle  hit  a  fire  hydrant  there.    The  water  service was  reportedly  restored  last  night.
