A public warning was issued in Scotts Valley following a gas line break yesterday (Thurs). Authorities warned the public to avoid the 4600 block of Scotts Valley Drive after a construction crew broke the gas line at about 2 p.m. The south bound lanes were closed while P,G & E performed repairs to the gas line. The area was declared contained by 3 p.m.
