a county wide program targeting aggressive drivers is set to begin tomorrow. scotts valley police department will be hosting the badges program for the month of february. law enforcement officers from all over santa cruz county will be focused on reducing aggressive driving on main traveled streets and area roads that have generated citizen complaints. badges stand for “before aggressive drivers get everyone stopped”
