A Goleta woman was arrested in Scotts Valley for possession of a stolen vehicle. A patrol unit performed a vehicle stop after noticing front and rear license plates did not match. It was then determined the car had been reported stolen out of Santa Barbara. Christen Aceves was arrested on multiple charges including fraudulent credit card use and possession of a dead bird of prey.
