The Scottish man, alleged to have faked his drowning at A Carmel beach has been captured. 55 year old Kim Gordon Avis was taken into custody by U-S Marshals in Colorado Springs last week. Gordon-Avis is expected to be extradited back to Scotland later this month to face 24 felony sexual assault charges.
