8 teenagers were arrested Saturday in Morgan Hill. 4 of those arrests were at the Britton Middle School Carnival, and the other 4 were nearby. The 13-17 year-olds face a variety of charges, including possession of a knife on school grounds, assault on an officer, and inciting a riot. As a result of the melees that led to the arrests, the fundraiser (which is usually the largest of the year for the school) was cancelled for the rest of the weekend.
