The school bus driver, who crashed the bus he was driving with 34 Monte Vista Christian School students on-board, will be charged. That’s because a surveillance camera inside the bus revealed that the driver fell asleep at the wheel, and that he then lied to responding C.H.P. officers. Francisco Solano Valenzuela will be charged with 2 misdemeanors, giving false information to a peace officer…..and child endangerment.
