A Castroville teen has received a scholarship from Girls Inc. North Monterey County High School student Catalina Perez is just 1 of 3 teens in the nation to receive the 25-thousand dollar Suzanna Patmore Gibbs Courage Scholarship. Girls Inc. provides workshops for high school students….on topics such as health, finances, education, and career. The organization also provides resources and information.
