Santa Cruz city leaders are scheduled to continue their discussions tonight, on where another Transitional Camp can be created for the homeless in the area. City leaders are looking at city-owned properties that meet the criteria they have established. Any Transitional Camp, or “Safe Parking” Program created, would be designed to slowly move people out of the homeless encampment (that is currently located behind the Ross store off River Street).
