Santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies are investigating a shooting that was reported in the live oak area on Sunday. Shots were reported at 5 p.m., at the east cliff village shopping center at east cliff drive and 14th avenue. nobody was found to be injured; the shooters were believed to have split up and fled towards merill street and east cliff drive. anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the santa cruz county sheriff’s department.
