A Santa Cruz county woman is scheduled to be arraigned today. That after 43 year-old Rebecca Dalileo (who opposes mandatory childhood vaccinations) threw menstrual blood at California State Senators, who had just taken a vote. Dalileo faces felony charges of assault on a pudayblic official and vandalism.
