A 58 year-old Santa Cruz woman was arrested yesterday. That after she was spotted ‘driving erratically’ in the 41st Avenue Safeway shopping center parking lot….hitting a parked car with her vehicle. Her car was found ‘parked haphazardly’ outside a nearby nail salon. Lori Forcier faces possible charges of suspicion of D.U.I. and Hit-and-Run.
