(16:41) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz residents can resume normal water use. The Water Department announced the cancellation of the emergency water use restrictions after the second repair to the Newell Creek Pipeline remained functional after 24 hours. The pipeline is a main supply source from Loch Lomond to the city’s treatment facility.
