A ceremony to commemorate the reopening of the Veteran’s Memorial Building in Santa Cruz, has been set for this week. The ribbon cutting will take place Wednesday December 4th at 2 o’clock in front of the building, located at 842 Front Street. The iconic landmark was shut-down three-years ago due to structural safety repairs. Speakers will include Board of Supervisors Chair, Neal Coonerty and Veterans Service Officer, Christopher Lopez.
