A STRONG ARM ROBBERY, IN SANTA CRUZ, LED TO THE ARREST OF 2 SACRAMENTO MEN ON SATURDAY. THE INCIDENT BEGAN WHEN A MAN WALKING ON WEST CLIFF DRIVE NEAR SUNSET AVENUE, AT ABOUT 3 P-M, WAS ASSAULTED AND ROBBED. SOURCES SAY, A MAN GOT OUT OF A CAR AND PUNCHED THE VICTIM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE HEAD AND MADE OFF WITH GOLD CHAINS. POLICE BROADCAST A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECT VEHICLE, WHICH WAS STOPPED BY THE C-H-P NEAR WATSONVILLE. 1 MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR THE CRIME, 2 OTHERS DETAINED FOR THE INVESTIGATION, AND A 4TH ON FELONY WARRANTS
