A Hayward man has been arrested following an investigation by Santa Cruz police. On September 6th, healthcare professionals at Dominican Hospital alerted police of a possible assault. After interviewing the female victim investigators, with help from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office located the victim’s former boyfriend, 29 year old Jeremy Castleberry. Castle berry was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on attempted murder and rape charges.
