Santa Cruz Police are trying to return stolen Christmas gifts to their rightful owners. On December 9th police responded to reports of prowlers on the 300 block of Pelton Avenue. 23 year old Ryvera Knutson and 39 year old, Dorin Lyngstad were arrested in the possession of fur coats and other gifts.
