An unidentified man drowns after falling off a cliff near 3 Mile Beach on Saturday. At about 9:40 a.m., first responders received a report of two men in distress after falling into the ocean. Upon arrival, one of the men had made it to safety. The second victim was pulled from the water unconscious and in respiratory failure. Attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
