(17:38) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man was convicted of 2nd degree murder yesterday (Thurs). A jury found 26 year old Marquis Edwards guilty of 2nd degree murder for the death of Gwynne Coye in a fatal crash during a high speed pursuit in August 2014. He was also found guilty of Evading a Peace Officer Causing Death, Evading a Peace Officer Against Traffic, and Driving on a Suspended License.
