The California Office Of Emergency Ser vices is changing how they remove trees from homeowner properties. That after some homeowners strongly objected to trees being cut down, that they don’t believe pose any threat. The state agency has agreed to at least contact homeowners and let them know why they plan to cut trees before they actually do the work.
