An east bay motorists was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Santa Cruz county. The CHP performed a vehicle code stop of a vehicle with no license plates. The officer requested assistance from the Santa Cruz K-9 officer, Buddy. Buddy and his handler located 68 pounds of methamphetamine. The driver was booked into Santa Cruz County jail.
