Cove britton, who unsuccessfully ran for a seat on the board of supervisors, had filed suit, claiming that supervisors violated the law when they dissolved the building, accessibility, and fire code appeals board in 2009. on Friday, the 6th district court of appeals rejected the claim, ruling that the board of supervisors could act as the appeals board.
