A Santa Cruz man turned himself into police this week after he was wanted for raping a woman in January. 24-year old Estevan Abram Lopez turned himself in on Monday after a warrant for his arrest went out on Friday. The assault occurred on January 29th after Lopez met the victim through a mutual friend the night before the incident. He is slated to appear in court on Tuesday.
