Santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies used a tazer to subdue a man early Sunday morning. 22-year-old dean pappas is accused of being intoxicated, and armed with a knife, outside a wilder Drive home. He allegedly fought with deputies that were trying to arrest him. After using the tazer to subdue the man, he was taken to Dominican hospital, before being booked into santa cruz county jail.
