A Santa Cruz man was arrested on gun charges Friday. Police say that on Thursday they responded to a reported fight involving a handgun between employees at a rental business. 38 year old Chad Bachman fled before officers arrived and the other employee was un cooperative. On Friday parole officers saw Bachman in traffic and pulled him over. Bachman was arrested and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail for being a felon in possession of a firearm, prohibited person owning or possessing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a loaded firearm.
