Santa Cruz Public Library officials are hosting an information session and open house Monday night. Officials will be on hand to talk about the proposed mixed-use library project. That project has drawn criticism from some Santa Cruz residents who oppose having a library combined with a parking structure. The event is set to run from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday at the Downtown Santa Cruz Library at 224 Church St.
