The Santa Cruz police department is on the lookout for a missing little girl and a kidnap suspect this morning.
Santa Cruz police chief Andy Mills tweeting that a one year old little girl was kidnapped this morning around front and second streets in the beach flats neighborhood. Police have many of the streets in beach flats blocked off as they are going thru cars looking for the child that’s wearing pink pajamas.
The suspect is Brian Sellen… Sellen is apparently the child’s father. Sellen is described as a male in his late 20’s with multiple tatoos and dark hair. Anyone with information should contact Santa Cruz police.
