The Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter is seeking information about two men who intentionally injured ducks. The incident took place at the Westlake Pond Park where 2 men accompanied by 2 children used a radio controlled boat to batter swimming ducks. Reportedly hitting and injuring several of the ducks.
