The Santa Cruz Police Department has released its annual Halloween statistics. The department is reporting that it responded to 200 calls for service. Officers made 23 arrests, 19 of which were for public intoxication. 59 citations were issued 44 were triple fine enhanced offenses. Last year there were 17 arrests and 57 citations issued.
