An alleged gang member was arrested Monday after officers seized illegal drugs and a loaded shotgun from his Rio-Del-Mar home. Officers served a search warrant at the home on the 4-hundred block of Loma Prieta Drive where suspected drug dealer 20-year old Paul Matthew Garcia, was taken into custody for possessing methamphetamine, stolen property, drugs while being armed with a loaded gun and gang participation. Garcia is believed to be a Sureno gang member in Santa Cruz.
