A suspect has been arrested on suspicion of DUI following a collision with a parked car and 3 pedestrians in Santa Cruz. The incident took place at about 6:30 p-m, Saturday, on East Cliff Drive near Assembly Way, where a driver hit the vehicle and a family of three sitting on a fence overlooking the surf. The victims were hospitalized with non life threatening injuries. The suspect may have also been involved with an earlier hit and run on 1st Street.
