Over 200 disabled people and their families are expected to take part in the 18th annual Day on the Beach tomorrow in Santa Cruz. The event, hosted by the nonprofit organization, Shared Adventures, will include such activities as scuba-diving, kayaking, and outrigger canoeing. The event starts at noon at Cowells Beach and the outdoor events will be organized for people with disabilities only. The event is also expected to include music, free food, sand castle building and beach wheelchair racing.
