(17:58) SANTA CRUZ- During a meeting on Tuesday the Santa Cruz City council rejected damage claims in an officer involved shooting. The council voted to reject unspecified damage claims by relatives of Sean Arlt. Arlt was killed during an incident with police on October 16 of last year. The Arlt family now has 6 months to file a civil lawsuit.
